Is it ok that I only eat one or two small meals a day?

I'm just never that hungry. And I'm really self concious about how much i weigh, and i want to be thinner so bad, so i eat less than most people do. I don't flat out starve myself, because i make sure that i eat at least once a day.

And plus, i really hate the feeling i get after i eat. Even though its a small meal, i feel full and i feel really fat and gross, and it makes my stomach look bigger than it usually is.

Are my eating habits ok? I know they aren't normal, but am i at any SERIOUS health risks?
