I want to do some sets in the morning too but find it hard to fuel myself as it makes me feel sick.
Any tips for what to have instead?
I won't drink any pre made protien powder.
Too expensive and has junk in it.
I have organic hemp protien powder which I usually have in smoothies or porridge.
I can add coconut oil.
Will a small amount of that with milk be enough?
I am worried my muscles won't grow and heal properly or I will loose too much fat if I don't refuel!
