I only been getting 2-3hours of sleep a day I feel fine? is this normal or safe?

It started last week. I was on my phone talking to this girl until like 4 then o had to get up at 6 to get ready for work.

Then this week I was working out for about 2hours past midnight. Then I wrote a bunch of stuff for my book.

Then I drew around 4. And went to sleep around 5.

There so much to do and I recently got turned on to coffee so I don't feel sleepy. Or a take hot shower. I feel ok
