I got like these stomach of Like pain , never had these kind of pain there?

So when I got home from work Friday and I sat down to dinner with my family and we ha r Chinese food
I only ate two or three bites, couldnt finish it, my stomach was in pain , it was, like an ache with pain. It hurt.
I rest and it went away for awhile then came back
I had a headache by then too. Its back again. Anybody know what these means, or is? As anybody have these problem? Please help. Ever time I go to the doctors they
Say nothing is wrong. I don't want ot waste a trip to see the doctor if he just going to say there is nothing wrong. Please help me

Have you had your appendix removed? it is a possibility depending on how great the pain is and were exactly it is.

Only other things I could think of are period, maybe eating something bad or rotten or something that your stomach just didn't agree with that day, pregnancy or being sick

There could be a number of reasons as to why you have stomach pain. Could be what you are eating, stress, menstrual pain, etc.
