Severe Abdominal Pain?

Don't really know who to ask but I'm sure some of you would know. This past month I've been experiencing stomach issues. It started with really bad diarrhea, fever of 103, severe cramps, and blood in stool. Now the diarrhea is somewhat gone and fever but after I eat I experience these cramps. They get worse when I work because when I work i am lifting things. The pain was so bad yesterday throughtout the day... But today it just is a slight pain. The pain is in my upper abdomen and sometimes radiates to my back. When i was having the bloody diarrhea i went to the hospital and they said they "think" it was diverticulitis and they would look at the lab results a little more but they sent me home with antibiotics and never got back to me...(they didn't look at my stomach or anything) just stool, urine, and blood samples. The pain gets so bad though and I'm tired of it.

Go back to the hospital, and tell them you have severe pain in your stomach, and you need help. Some doctors often look over stuff on charts, and just skip to a part with blood. So just go back. It sounds like there is possibly a problem with your actual stomach, or maybe your pancreas if it is in the upper abdomen. Both problems are severe.

After you eat then the pain starts right? Then try taking a pinch of salt and a glass of water. Drink one every 1-2 hours. You could be suffering from really bad dehydration, since you had such a high fever.

i'm not dehydrated

and i don't have diarrhea anymore. Just severe stomach cramps.

Cramps can be caused by dehydration.

Try a new doctor
sounds pretty bad you could have some sort of infection or soemthing

did u try seein some other doc x-ept those docs from da hospital maybe?
