For anyone who is very physically active: telling between a hernia and an abdominal wall tear?

Yesterday I awoke to a stabbing pain in my Lower Right Quadrant, between my hip and the midpoint of my groin and belly button. (Picture Below)

I'm inclined to think I just pulled something you really don't want to pull (I've been getting back into shape lately, and have been doing a decent amount of burpees, which deals with the muscles in that area), but I want to be sure it isn't anything more severe.

I don't believe it's kidney stones, a hernia, or appendicitis, largely due to the fact that Excedrin migraine aspirin alleviates the pain for 6-8 hours.

The pain worsens when I twist side to side, or lay straight down. I have no loss of appetite. And tensing/flexing the muscles in that area cause the pain to worsen. Urinating also causes pain in the area.

Just want to be sure I don't need to bite the bullet and go to the ER... and pay my deductable
