I have horrible eating habits. And I'm really not proud of them. I eat barely any vegetables and hardly any protein either. But my main problem is I'm a really picky eater. Except for sweets. I have a HUGE sweet tooth. Nutella and Oreos are heaven, but I'm afraid that I'm going to become obese (I weigh like 128 at 5'2" rn is that bad?) is there any tips you can give me so I can cut back on the sugar and start eating healthier? (Without completely cutting it out though please)
Incorporate some of your favourite foods to healthy foods. Maybe have Nutella with a side of milk, and some apples, I don't know. Maybe some Oreos with a hearty sandwich and a salad? Or maybe pasta with a treat as a reward?
The hi is, once you taste the sweet, you crave for more, so I suggest not to eat any, but since you can't handle it, the first few weeks, do what I told you. Then we can work this out, if his is not working for you, go to a doctor about what you can do about this.
