Fruit, because I live sweets too. Tons and tons of fruit. Anything sweet so ripe bananas are best (for me), ripe cantaloupe, and especially ripe pineapple. Baked sweet potato fries are also really good and sweet, or mashed sweet potatoes with a little honey or agave.
I chew that extra dessert delight gum. it gets rid of my craving and is only 5 calories so I let it slide.

Fruits! Your body is craving sugar. Try half a watermelon for breakfast first thing. It helped me with sugar cravings for sure! Also the fact the it has so much water will help cleanse you and *move things along*.
Other fruits that work are;
Strawberries, grapes, apples, pears, grapefruits and pomegranates!
Eating frozen fruit helps.
