Tips on making my body better?

I've got a good sized body, not too skinny, and not fat. I'm 5'3" and weigh 122lbs.

The problem is that I could use some firming up. I eat very healthily and rarely ever eat junk food, and never drink soda (unless it's a big party).

I've been doing crunches to tighten my stomach and squats for my legs and butt. What for my arms? And any other ideas or excercise routines? Thanks!
