Ello Alex ( saw that was your name I think haha)... but anyway it depends on you!
For the record I don't think you're overweight in any way shape or form not even slightly:).
But here we goo...
1. Lots of water intake to sway you from sodas and other harsh liquid.
2. Jogging, cardio (jumping jacks, running in place, jump rope, walking)
3. The worst part ( veggies, bleh) or healthy food in general like fruit. Absolutely no fast food in these 3 weeks or soda you:p.
4. keep track of your diet and food portion intake.
You don't have to go into extreme mode! No eating, heavy workouts, and kill yourself in these 3 weeks to lose 20lbs or so. It's the simple light approach and you'll see a good amount of results. 30mins a day, and hr hey even better haha. :). NGU21 Reply

+1 yI lost almost 20lbs in 4 weeks.. soooo
But granted i worked out several times a day - each session 1-2 hrs long for those 4 weeks, and i ate insanely small portion sizes (mostly pure protein too).
But here is a tip. Just run. Its the best way for burning substantial amounts of fat. I know if you want to lose belly fat, your first thought is going to be "sit ups". But you can't target areas of your body to burn fat - you can only do that for building muscle. If your doing situps, but not running, you won't lose any fat on your belly, you will just be developing washboard abs under a layer of fat. Then when you DO burn the fat your gonna be left with nasty chick abs 😖.
So again, don't tone. Just run.10 Reply
+1 yDepends on what your goals are. Are you wanting to tone up and get healthier? Then with good diet and exercise a pound a week or so.
If you don't care about health or longevity of weight loss then basically minimal food/high cardio and it'll only take a week or so.13 Reply- +1 y
It becomes difficult because you're turning your metabolism into starvation mode. Either you keep starving or you put the weight back on. That's the typical result to starvation diets.
I know you think what you think about yourself but from my viewpoint you're beautiful and don't need to lose weight.
323 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I lost 15 pounds in three weeks last year doing the 21 day challenge. It's super easy and you get to eat. It's just all portion controlled to your weight and also it's all healthy and clean foods. No dairy, very little carbs, but it works.

+1 yYou COULD probably lose up to 30lbs but that would be extremely hard and unhealthy, and most likely involve diet pills that are just cocktails of stimulants and things that will give you diarrhea. Discounting daily fluctutauons and water weight, it not healthy to burn more than 3-4lbs a week ( and best to keep it at ~2lbs) . Your best bet would be (I know it sucks but) exercise (running, swimming, biking, etc.) and cutting out unhealthy stuff in your diet like soda, chips, really sweetene beverages are the worst. Hope this helps

+1 yI've lost over 10 lbs in 4 weeks with a good regime of diet and intense exercises. The initial fat burns off much faster for sure but one needs to continue the regime to maintain it that way. For me it's important to cause I'm a Mesomorph Endomorph :)

Thank you for the up vote young lady :) <3
It honestly depends on your current weight. You would be able to loose everything from 1lbs to 5-7lbs depending on how big of a deficit you're in, calorie-wise. Generally speaking; a 300-500 caloric deficit (which is below your maintenance caloric intake) is recommended.
10 Reply709 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. The best thing is, except if you do it under guidance of a doctor, to limit weight loss to maximum 5-6 lbs per month.
The best way: avoid candy, soft drinks with much sugar and overly fat food.
And get moving... don't overdo it but some time in the gym or bicycle riding, walking,... would help a lot!10 Reply1.1K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. Do you walk? I always thought it was impossible to put on weight if you walked a lot (say to and from your place of work/education), and were somewhat mindful of your diet. I reckon an hour and a half of walking per day is really good for you, if you don't formally exercise.

+1 yHow Much Weight Can a Person Lose in 3 Weeks?
I would check this out i found this for you
www.livestrong.com/.../10 Replynot sure how much you can lose but the simple answer would be restrict your calories 1200-1500 per day excessive restrict your carbs read up glycogen and intermittent fasting but basically about glycogen if you burn all the glycogen in your body you can go right to burning fat instead of carbs
10 Reply1.5K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. in 3 weeks, u can probably (healthily) lose 3-5 pounds. Eliminate all junk food, eat smaller meals more often throughout the day, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, make sure to do some strength training (calisthenics such as push ups, planks and body squats are underrated in their effectiveness).

+1 yYou actually don't look overweight in any of your pics.
But to answer your question, it depends on how dedicated you are. I don't think you can lose much in 3 weeks though..21 Reply1.5K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. Depends how hard you work best way go to a really hot place or a sauna and run on a bike with a black bag over your body you will sweat like a pig. Or play a sport you love out in the hot weather casue even though it will be tiring psychologically it will feel better cause your exercising but having fun at the same time.

+1 yBest way is exercise and eating the right foods.
The fastest way is to not eat.
Everyone is different but I'd estimate by not eating around 9-11lbs/wk and like 3-5 by doing it the right way. I'm no doctor or any medical advisor.00 ReplyI lost 92 pounds in 10 months without eating lunch... N excersise of course
