Will this help me at all?

I have really bad periods and get very sick so I was on birth control which helped so much but had to switch kinds and I'm having a period my first real one in over a year and I'm in horrible pain. My boobs are so swollen and hurt, from my stomach down is cramping awful like everything my hips, inner thighs, stomach, down my legs etc and I'm bleeding pretty heavy. This is just the start and I have 6 more days of this and I can't handle it. I've been up since 430 and now am leaving work early because I'm in so much pain. Nothing helps the pain I'm allergic to mixology and pamprin, Tylenol and Motrin do absolutely nothing. Usually smoking weed helps but I smoked this morning and no relief. boyfriend takes morphine for pain due to car accidents and he left half of one at my apartment. I'm sure half of one will knock me on my butt but I don't know if half of a half will really do much. I've taken 1/4 of a methadone and it just made me feel weird. I also have Valium that was prescribed to me as a muscle relaxer would that be better to use than the morphine? I don't know what to do but I def gotta do something because I'm hurting so bad.

Go to your GP and they might suggest an internal form of contraception which may offer you some relief in the long run. Any medication at the end of the day will not help massively as the pain you feel is your uterus muscles cramping to remove the thick blood from the uterus lining so any medication is just going to momentarily numb you and then make it worse when it wears off. Believe it or not, exercise is proven to help and also putting a warm hot water on your abdomen eases the cramping. Hope you feel better soon, periods suck.

I won't do the internal ones again, I had the implant and it did bad things to me and it was awful because I had to schedule it and everything to get it out, I will only take stuff by mouth so if it's bad I can just stop it right then. Nothing really helps and I'm usually in bed the whole week and this hurts worst than anything I've ever had. I bleed a lot and even walking makes me just fish blood so exercise is out for me, I did try exercising before and I just bled all over the place and it just wasn't good. I've tried sex but that makes me hurt worst so I get no relief at all :(
