i feeel this sting or really sharp pain on the left side of my chest
it can't be a heart attack im only 21 years old and dont really smoke and stuff
and no other symptoms (i think) and i feel fine
what could it be? how od i make it go away?
Does it almost feel like its a pain in your heart?
If so, you might be having a similar problem I used to have when I was younger. The muscles there are too contracted, and need to be stretched out. Look up some stretches online to stretch your chest. I usually bend backwards and/or use a corner, a chair, or door frame to twist myself around (if you ever did it/saw it in school, its like trying to crack your back while sitting in the chair). I find it doesn't always get rid of the pain entirely, but does alleviate most of it. Then I sit down and focus on my breathing until it passes.
I used to think I was about to have a heart attack, but it turns out that my muscles were underdeveloped and needed to be worked out. I strengthened them (as well as the back, as only training your chest will cause rolled shoulders and bad posture). Considering I too only felt that pain on the left side, it might be more so the cardiac muscles rather than skeletal ones, but at the same time, the skeletal muscles constriction could be having an effect on the cardiac muscles.
Eating some more nutrition could also be good. Particularly something that contains magnesium as it is that and ATP that causes muscle relaxation.
Speaking of posture, I usually find I have these pains when I'm not sitting properly. Since the problem is in the chest, you may have rolled shoulders already (lots of people do due to computer/desk use). while standing or sitting or whatever, put your hands at your side, pointing your thumbs forwards. Then rotate your arms and wrist until your thumbs are both pointing sideways and away from you. You should notice that while you do this, your shoulders roll back :)

Yeah, just drink water and don't do anything that requires too much exertion. Once you calm down more you should start feeling better.
