Fitness people! Guide me?

I used to be 5'2" and 115 pounds.
I looked good but needed toning. I liked that I had curvy thighs and an ass I just needed toning.

But over the past few months I've been super stressed and haven't eaten as much. Now I'm 102 pounds.

My ass got smaller, boobs got smaller... and I still need toning 😐 I don't like how I look now at all..

I am working on getting up my appetite. I walk everyday, about 2-3 miles.

I have a 15 lbs kettle bell, two 5lbs ankle weights, and a 25lbs dumbell at my disposal. I don't have $ for anything else or the gym.

Goals:
-rounder butt
-toned thighs
-bigger calves (not huge just bigger, they're too thin)

Considering my goals and my equipment what can you suggest. What I'm looking for is more of a program not just the name of a couple exercises.
Also as for nutrition is it really detrimental that I need a shit ton of protein after a workout?
