If you have access to a gym you could ask a personal trainer for a proper workout.
but if you don't have access i can reccomend bodyweight exercises:
Pushups, Squats, Lunges, Pullups are the basic ones
If you prefer cardiovascular exercises, do running, cycling or swimming
But most importantly try to eat healthy or even diet. Nothing too extreme, just start by eating a sandwich less for breakfast or don't take another serving of lunch if you think you could fit it.
The extreme diets are better to do when you have gotten accustomed to the lifestyle.
