My breasts have become uneven after my child was breastfeeding and favoring my right breast more, it was always a bit bigger. I am now 5 months postpartum and stopped breast feeding after the first month, my left breast is maybe 1/2 cup smaller maybe even a cup size smaller. Both of my breasts have a somewhat nice shape, although I'd like them to look lifted a little more and to be symmetrical. Is there any way I could exercise to fix them? Has anyone exercised and had a breast related problem fixed? I can't in any way afford any type of surgery. Or expensive procedure, nor do I have the credit to pay it all back. Can someone please help me.. I'm literally tearing myself up about it..
have you tried cardio just to see if losing weight will even them out? or maybe chest workouts. not really sure if it will even them out completely but it should help a little.
is ur milk completely dried up? maybe it will even out once its completely dry.
