Why are people this rude in person?

I mean really, this guy is right. They shouldn't be eating all that junk food. It is other people's business because the obesity problem in the US is going to cost EVERYONE money in the longrun.

The only people being rude in this is the woman at the start making comments about what is in the woman's supermarket trolly and the guy making comments about what is in both those women's trollies. It is true you should not eat lots of that kind of food but that does not give anyone the right to do this to anyone in the supermarket. What is in her trolly is her business and everyone else needs to mind their own business. I support the two women with the supermarket trollies and everyone defending these women. Obese people are not the only ones costing the government money. Smokers do to and so do people that don't work. People need to mind their own business. That guy was harassing her and if he was in a supermarket I owned I would have stepped in much sooner, by 7 minutes I would have kicked him out of my shop, if the first woman that made comments about what is in people's trollies did the same thing as that guy did I would have kicked her out of my shop to because it just is not acceptable what he or that first woman did. People have the right to do their supermarket shopping without being harassed like this.

I think you are totally right my friend. That was rude and uncalled for. I was always taught that you look at a persons heart. What's the point of being so skinny but with a horrible attitude walking around thinking you can judge others? That was wrong in so many levels. I would have stuck up for those poor women and daughter too. No one is better then anyone.

Okay @Asker he could have spoke to her in a other way. Waited until they were outside and spoke alone. He didn't have to do name calling. There is a time and place to talk. He was wrong the way he did it.

As wise as I am and as well Polished that I am, it is No one's business what someone buys when they are pushing Their own cart, minding their own business, out in Public, Spending their Own money. It doesn't matter how thick or thin, poor or rich or what color they are, Someone else should keep their own opinions to themselves.
However, I also feel, as I look at this, if our own government was as Interested in Us as the guy in red was in Believing he was lending a helping hand, perhaps ISIS would be dead now and we would not be heading for an inevitable collapse, which in the End... There will come a time down the food line, Nothing will be left on the shelves for anyone to fight for or over.
