I totally get you! I know the feels. Damn! It's tiring and hard. I do the same thing as you!! Motivation is the thing that I lack the most. I'm a food lover. So, Food and exercise don't go well together. especially junk food.
I suggest you have an exercise buddy or a fitness trainer. I realize I get hyped up and excited when I exercise with one of my buddies. We can have fun at the gym. Doesn't always have to be at the gym. You can go for swimming or cycling sometimes. Because you're always too focus on your tummy, you get really bored doing the same thing over and over again. it takes self discipline as well to keep training for your desired flat stomach. It's ok to loosen up abit sometimes.
Also, it's not only about excising, your diet plays an important role. Probably, 30% exercise and 70% dieting. You can exercise as much as you want everyday, but if your don't keep your consumption of food in check then all that cardio work is done for nothing.

Maybe a month or so, it's hard to tell depending on your diet and how frequent you do it right, most likely though you can not exercise as much and eat really clean and healthy and you'll see more results than you ever have if you work out a lot and eat poorly.
You don't need to exercise to lose weight. Just lower your caloric intake. I don't understand why no one gets this.

I've always had a flat stomach😕 But I stay fit by doing yoga and eating all natural and all organic. Hopefully I will never know what it's like to be fat.
For some it takes six months.
