I would exercise outside of work every other day as well (possibly running or some kind of aerobics) and as far as diet goes just eat veggies, fruit and lean meat and you will lose weight in no time. Also, don't be tempted by fastfood, it will be difficult with you being around it 28 hrs a week, but not impossible. I'm glad you care about your weight, more women need to do this and even some men too. Good Luck!

yes you will lose some weight simply by increasing your activity level. you don't normally skate 28 hrs a day so once you start, you will lose weight (if you keep your diet the same and don't start eating more). if you diet in a healthy way you will lose even more weight on top of that.
