I keep trying workout routines, and I change it up every 3 months, and I keep a pretty good diet, I eat lots of fruits and veggies and get lots of protein and wheat and dairy products. But I can't seem to lose the weight! I'd like to lose my stomach my summer for bikinis, but I doubt that will happen. Although I have lost inches, and 10 pounds in a year, I'd like to tone up my stomach and lose the extra I DO still have.
Any tips? Workout routines or exercises I should try? What works for you?
