Remedies for back pain?

my left side back is paining lot... I will ride bike 3 hrs a day... I can't get rid of this pain... I too dono the exact reason of pain... pls help me to get rid of this pain

Rest on it for awhile, dont workout intensively so it can heal. take ibuprofen (an anti-inflammatory) and ice it multiple times per day. Wear a lifting belt when you lift weights to help support it after you heal.

I find front squats always stretch out my lower back when it's tight, wear a belt while you do it too. Don't know y but front squats just help, for me at least

Take an epsom salt bath first. Next, try cobra pose. It will strengthen the muscles in your low back.

Until this clears, you should avoid exercise so you don't aggravate it further.

How to do cobra pose?

Lie on your stomach and push your chest up. You can go up to your elbows or up to your wrists.

Apply heat rubs and massage it on the skin gently.

Apply hot water compress/heat pack/warmer.

And take a painkiller.

You should take a shower after exercise, cuz I have the same pain after exercising!
