Now, I know there's no actual thing as "lower abs" but damn if defining the bottom of your core isn't hard.
I have a 4 pack going on right now and for the love of all that is holy I can't get rid of the pouch that has decided to live below my belly button.
It's beyond annoying.
I do planks and leg lifts and v crunches and mountain climbers... but yet I still have that damn pouch lol
