To get rid of this surprising enough is not sit ups, but what you do need to do is bulk up a little and tone up, so try putting your self on a 6 week course of supplements, with one being a high protein diet, and exercise wise, concentrate on your legs more, donr worry about cardio, but try and fit in a lesson a week of spinners group, and maybe some salsa dancing, this will tighten up your abs and that little pouch you speak of will dissappear, anything can cause this, from child birth to losing weight to quickly, good luck,x

Its natural, most people have it. You get it because you don't run, and your lower core abdominals don't get worked out.
You work it off by lying down, flat on the ground, lifting your legs up ,about a foot into the air, holding for a moment, then dropping. and repeat. Or you can sprint, like Usain Blot, every day...
I hope this helps. (:
It can be hormones.. My sister has them , she is really skinny but has a small saggy belly, but she got rid of it after intense diet. But I don't recommend that anyway.
It can also be lack of organization in your diet.. you know mixing proteins with carbs, or too much chocolate .. I know tummy is caused mainly by excess of carbs ( potatoes "fries", cakes, pasta etc )
You should get rid of it at the gym .. do some lower ab exercises and you should be fine .
Its normal. Try to run more and do flutter kicks (

It can be a lot of things. It can be how your body is built or it could just be where your fat sticks. A lot of people tend to only have fat stick in one certain area.
