Suggestions for losing lower belly flab?

I am 5 ft in height and currently weigh around 49 kgs. I recently shed about 4-6 kgs from September last year by gymming and feel much healthier already. I haven't really changed my diet as such except eat more vegetables. The occasional dairy product and frequent protein is still there along with some indulging of my huge sweet tooth.

I am quite happy with the results. However I am finding it a tad bit difficult to get rid of my lower belly curve. Could you please suggest some exercises which will reduce it in the quickest manner?

I do 40 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes cycling and upper ab crunches. Thank you.
