has anyone on here ever tried the diet pills hydroxycut max?
if not any that have actually worked?

I haven't tried them personally but I have tried other thermogenics and they can work if you eat properly with them... they increase your heart rate and help speed metabolism to burn more calories doing the same thing but if you are in a caloric surplus all the time they won't work for you.. they should be used in addition to good diet and exercise

Just eat more thermogenic foods, hydroxycut has had some questions about its side effects too by the way. Ur 17 anyway just hit the gym at that ages changing you body and things isn't really that hard as long as you are willing to work for it and eat right

Don't waste your money on that garbage. They're not regulated by the FDA so they don't have to list their actual ingredients and they don't have to have proof that they work. There's a ton of weight loss supplements actually being sued right now.

Eat fewer calories per day than you burn. Drink more water. Get a good night sleep. Problem solved.

Diet/Sleep/Exercise accounts for 95% of your results
