You can take pain medicine like midol before you start your period. I get the same problem as well.
I know you can take tablets when your on to make period pain and headaches a lot more bearable. I say just try them out and see how it goes can always see the doctor. Having the right mindset and doing things you like might help you get through it. Just some ideas :) hope you can find a solution and have a nice day :)
