Ok not a weird question at all. The first thing to try is removing wheat and all wheat derivatives from your diet. Especially bread it sounds a little like a wheat intolerance.
The next thing is to find a good pro biotic natural live yogurt. Take one table spoon full each day first thing in the morning.
The other thing to consider after is spices. You describe having had a taco. Do you have a lot of chilli in your diet? Not many people understand that the heat you feel from chillies is actually a mild allergy reaction. Some people's tolerance to this allergic reaction can be diminished.
Finally get or take an allergy test to see if there is something that could be upsetting your digestive system. One last thing could be IBS. ( irritable bowel syndrome )
