Every morning when i wake up, my stomach is perfectly flat. But as soon as i have my first meal (no matter how small it is), my stomach gets a little bigger--like it bloats or something. The bloating will slowly decrease over the next few hours if i don't have anything else to eat. But even once the bloating goes away entirely, my stomach isn't as flat as it was in the morning. So basically, the longer I've gone without eating, the flatter my stomach is.
I ask this because i really want my stomach to stay flat all day, even after i eat. I thought maybe if i hit the gym a little harder, i can develop my abs a little more and maybe the problem will go away. That's why I'm asking the question: Guys with abs, do you still have this problem?
