What could be wrong with me?

Lately I haven't really been feeling well. I have anemia so generally I'm always cold and now i keep feeling super hot and get sweating a lot really easy, I keep getting these bad headaches and get dizzy, my boobs are huge and sometimes feel like they are being stabbed but like in real specific areas, under my boobs and my ribs in the same area hurt a lot, been having horrible acid reflux, last few nights feel very sick to my stomach, I cry for no reason like I was at work and just started bawling and nothing had happened or anything. I keep having these crazy very realistic dreams the other night I had one and I was getting off the exit to my bfs and as I sat at the light waiting a cop with his lights on came up behind me and I have panic attacks when I get pulled over so when having the dream it seemed so real and my heart started racing and I woke up and all my dreams feel so real like that. I feel like I'm going crazy and I don't know what would be wrong like overall I don't feel sick just those things bug me, today has really been the worst of it with the horrible headache and now the nausea

Pregnant? I mean I'm no doctor. I think you should see a professional about this rather than asking online. Don't use webmd because it'll probably tell you you have cancer or some random disease you can only get in Antarctica.

I sorta thought pregnant but I don't know I had a period about a week and a half ago and am supposed to ovulate tomorrow, we had sex right after my period unless it happened then

Generally when I have symptoms like that the first thing I do is take a pregnancy test.. also call your doctor or an advice nurse to talk about your symptoms and what it could be. Sometimes it's medications.
