Girls, pain with tampons?

I want to use tampons but for the last few years I can't seem to get it right 😞🙄 I know you're supposed to angle it up and towards your spine and push it far back. I know you're not supposed to feel it while it's in but I always get a dull pain in my vagina/abdomen and it doesn't go away until I take it out. This is with both regular and light tampons so I know it's not a size thing. I have to be inserting it wrong but I've tried it every way I can!!! Any tips? I've been trying to wear them comfortably since I was 14.

You can wet them a little or use a bit of lube to make the insertion easier. It's hard to explain. You might even be pushing them too far and hitting your cervix (which is very sensitive).

I'd just nope out on them. Your body could be having a reaction to the chemicals in the tampons and that's why they're bothering you or a million other things.

You're probably putting it in wrong. Do you angle it upwards. Angle it back towards your ass. The plastic applicators slide in easier than the paper ones.
Just don't use them though if you can't stop the pain
