I'm pear shaped. I have a flat stomach with no fat, but it also isn't toned. I carry my weight in the thighs and ass and I'm not looking to shed that weight, just add muscle.
My goals are
-tone stomach
-add muscle to glutes, thighs, and ass (my ass needs to be perkier and rounder for sure!)
Are there tips you can give me?
I'm more so concerned with diet/nutrition. I suck at eating a lot. I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow. What are must haves?
