so my butt is firm but I don t squat very often.
What do you do usually? I am more interested in butt exercise lol
To target your butt, use a Smith machine, and do squats with your feet out in front of you. Go as far down as you can (your butt can physically touch the floor).
Your feet should be far enough in front so that your body makes two right angles at the same time.
In other words, when your thighs are parallel to the ground, your calves and your back should both be vertical.
Also make sure you brace your core while squatting.
This is hard to describe. The best I can do is this: Imagine you're constipated and really trying to push it out. (Sorry.) That's the way you should tense **from the waist up** during all squatting and deadlifting movements.
Obvs not from the waist down. Lol.
Sry again for gross description, but that's how you avoid hurting your back.

I walk around than I jog as long as possible and slowly. I than try to run as fast as possible for about 15 seconds and than I just put a video on youtube 20 min and than I left 50 lbs and than I do push up and bench sit-ups! If i had money i would join a class! You look great!

Lol... I lift three days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) and do cardio every Sunday to keep that lean physique. There ya go :D
