What was the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to you at the doctors' office?

OK, I finally got my older sister to go get a mammogram and the appointment was yeasterday. However she was still nursing and forgot to pump. I bet you could imagine how that went X)

I was wondering if you guys had any embarrasing stories at the Drs office that you would be willing to share?

I had a bad pimple/ acne in my penis shafts that time. Went to show doc.. happened to be a lady.. she put a hand on it and I got an immediate boner... and when she bent to closely examine, I shot my load. .. oops..
Luckily not on docs face. .. but on a side of a table there.. a big mess
