HELP ME PLEASE! It hurts soooo bad?

I've been feeling like my world is spinning! It's too the point where it hurts. my speech is becoming slurred sometimes, I'm extremely dizzy, I feel like I'm going to pass out! It won't stop! It hurts so bad! On top of that I can't fall asleep. I did last night took 40 minutes. I woke up at 4am, which was an hour ago and I just feel pain I can't sleep. I haven't been sleep deprived. I feel every annoance like itchiness I can feel everything, and pain I feel a lot of that. When I walk I will nearly lose balance completely. I almost fell six times just walking down the hallway once. I'm a little confused too. I constantly feel like I want my body to shake. You know when you are cold and you are shivering? Well, I feel the need to do that with my whole body constantly, but it just won't happen. Please help me! I'm in soo much pain! I could cry again. HELP ME PLEAAAAAAAAAASE!

I don't know what the hell you did but if you don't know the reason I recommend you to go to the hospital. Otherwise, maybe you should call someone to bring you some aspirin.
