I'd say good diet, (not ON a diet) and regular exercise. But I guess eating disorder always complicated things. I lost like 20lbs when I stopped eating fake/fast food and soda or corn syrup drinks. But I wasn't exactly overweight by much to begin with. I like to eat food that I know is real, no fake sweets. If I eat sweets they're the real sugar/confectionery kind. I feel like it keeps me from craving shit like starbursts candy. But I also can't seem to stop myself from moving when I have energy. I like to vaporize weed and exercise.

Most people, this time of year, are out of control with overeating at every single party/gathering they go to, so I can see your point about this.
If you live alone it's easier to lose weight, in my opinion, cause you can limit what you bring into the house. Therefore, making more healthy choices food shopping. So, even if you overeat sometimes, you'll be consuming less calories.
