Hello I am looking into different diets and they are all confusing, I would like to fit into at least a size 10 jeans at the most. I don't want too be too skinny, nor too fat, I think size 10 would be perfect, maybe. I just want to do something that I won't give up on and quit after a while. I did sign up on the Atkins website, and I know for some people its not good but I need a low carb diet. I have some healthy issues that need me to eat more protein, vegies and take our the carbs, so I think this is what I need to do, but I am unsure. I also belong to a gym, so I will have to go there more often, during the times I don't have to work and do stuff at home as well.
My wife has tried them all and to be honest, only Weight Watchers worked the best for her. It is expensive, but once you learn the routine and counting your points you don't need to continue your member and you can continue on your own.

starbucks everyday with yoga isn't going to cut anything. I would argue Against yoga as your primary exercise.

Forget diets. They're all temporary so in the long run, they're all useless. You have to change your eating habits for good if you want to lose weight, and that's that.
