so like I know I had a uti right after I had sex a couple of days ago but like I don't know if he pulled up because we were drunk and 3 days later, which was last night I started passing discharge with bright red blood in it

Was your UTI treated? It's too early for a miscarriage and implantation bleeding takes about 6-12 days after fertilization, so it's more than likely from your infection. Your bladder wall gets very irritated from UTIS and it can cause bleeding (even small clots).
