Start small, and don't put too much pressure on yourself. If you can find 10-15 minutes a day to do a couple of exercises, and you do it EVERY day, you'll soon build that into a routine and your healthy lifestyle has begun. Even if it's just stretching/yoga type things to begin with.
As for your boyfriend... I'm kinda like that with my girlfriend I'm afraid to admit. She'll admit some insecurity about her body and I'll be like 'well just get back into regular workouts', and she'll kinda close up shop, sulk a little and won't let me help her. I understand, it's not a super helpful, or understanding attitude from me, but I really think that once she got started she'd be fine. Anyway... I would try and get him to work out with you, even if it's something small like doing 20 pushups every night together. And definitely tell him to back off if he's being too pushy about your workouts.
