I always look on food gawker and type in "healthy ___" always helps me, also whenever I'm craving something sweet I make a smoothie and it really helps, if it's really late at night I drink lemon water which gets rid of the hunger feeling for me at least! Exercises, I work out about 5 days a week 2 days I do pilates and on those days I choose to do Low intensity cardio which is just basically walking at a normal-fast pace with my pups for about 45 minutes and the other 3 days I'm at the gym, will do abs and arms in one day, legs on another and lastly I'll do full body and High intensity which involves intervals and sprints for 15 mins on and off. It's important to have reps for yourself and a routine, it can be fun!

Smaller portions, pay attention to the amount of fat in foods, maybe eat lower calorie foods. Radishes, plain salad (or with just grilled chicken), celery, etc.
I love ice cream, so I'll compensate when I eat it. For example, I had an ice cream cone Sunday morning. I ate a salad for lunch (no dressing, no meat) and had a normal dinner.
u need to workout regularly 3-4 times a week with added cardio and a good diet, doesn't mean u starve ur self, which never works
