Don't do it, you'll starve your body. It may help lose the fat but you'll loose muscle mass too.
Building more muscle over time will help you burn off the fat. Try eating smaller meals with snacks between breakfast and lunch. Try cutting out any pop, junk food, and fatty foods.
Also, lots of water. Or Powerade Zero (personal favorite) if you get sick of pain water.

You will lose muscle mass. You want to keep the muscle that you earned. Eat a small meal every 2-3 hours and include protein in it. Do not eat junk food at all. Lay off sugar completely unless from fruit.
You'll lose weight but won't gain muscle unless you eat proteins and lift weights, it's not good eating after eight anyway but you should eat a proper breakfast still and maybe a lighter lunch
