Bros.. I'm fasting and I'm really hungry.. any tips?

I'm getting blood work done for a 2nd time now.. Have to fast 12 hours. I usually eat about 5,000 calories a day this is absolute torture.

hmmmm warm water bruh. That is what i used to do to make weight cut for BJJ. You can't have anything really because of bloodwork other wise i would say lemon and honey.
So anyways drink warm water, take cold showers and embrace the suck. Thats all i got

by the way warm water is what can make you slightly less hungry so don't do cold; if you drink it really fast it will also lesson the effects of hunger pangs even more.

Seriously, I've known people who swished watery soup (like instant chicken noodle) around in their mouth and spit it out, then followed with lukewarm (not cold) water. Can't say if it works but it might be better than nothing.

eat something heavy at night/before sunrise, drink a lot of water
then start with sweet/high energy food when you're eat (end of your fasting)
just like Muslim's fasting

Veggies man, lots of them. Bananas help. But don't take too many of them. I'd say a carrot, tamoto and spinach salad with some mayo. Should hit the spot. Or you could just have a banana smoothie.

Only water I think. Don't even drink tea or coffee because it's supposed to alter the chemicals in the blood. I once messed up adding a bit of lemon to the water without realizing it had glucose lol
