Why can't I stop thinking of catheter and endoscopy and stuff?

I have s fear of these kinds stuff and simillar. I can stop thinking of it for like3 weeks.. but then it comes back and i stsrt thinking lver and over... i just have fear.. i also think how on earth did i get my 4 wisdom tooth out same time.. i did

That's a known kink. But it's also a known phobia. So, you have a lot of company, whichever way you go. :) Maybe phobia, for you? If so, then it's probably because they're associated with pain, illness, lack of control, personal violation (in a sense), intrusion, lots of normally very bad things.

Either way, you're totally normal. Speak with a counselor if these thoughts are interfering with your quality of life. Good luck.

Can be different. You can speak to a counselor on most college campuses, for example, who isn't necessarily a trained therapist. If you're experiencing quality of life issues, you should see a professional, I think, like a psychologist or psychiatrist. I wish you the best, my friend. :)

Thanks man.. but sorry i might be stupid.. but is there a differance between a therapist and phyciatrist and phsycoligist... coz i have also depression and anxiety and paronia... who do i visit of i wanna get help... wich one lf these can i het help with the anxiety and stuff and the thinking and thinking

Psychologists and psychiatrists are both therapists. Psychiatrists are medical doctors and can prescribe medicine. Psychologists use "talk therapy." I'd suggest maybe a psychiatrist because medicine is an important component in many people's treatment of depression. :)

The scope isn't bad, I had one done and it was a pretty uneventful experience. I even slightly came to during it and it wasn't uncomfortable, I just felt a slight need to cough.
