Yes, it's possible. There are so many stories out there of people bleeding internally and having no idea until they were really sick or even dead that it was an issue. One semi-popular actress, Natasha Richardson, passed away from internal bleeding and other injuries after a skiing accident and not seeking treatment.

My arm bled internally
But ok I had a sort of pain if i moved my arm in a certain way
But other than that I didn't know what was happening until I touched that area and it was rock hard and saw it was extremely swollen

I see because according to several sources im bleeding in my lower stomach or/and my big intestains.. but the only pain or discomfort I have felt was yesterday while running.. the idea of bleeding in your stomach without feeling any pain is weird to me

Yeah definitely it's possible, sometimes people don't realize till they are AFTER in excruciating pain, and then find out they've been internally bleeding for weeks.
