Read, play video games, draw, ride my bike or go for a walk, stare at the ceiling, toss around in bed, count and take deep breaths, etc. Sometimes I listen to music.

I open my eyes and stare in the dark, trying to not fall asleep, I have no idea how it works but I fall asleep pretty soon ahaha)

I listen to my favorite songs, which are soothing to ears. I have also tried reading my physics book (from school) once and i felt asleep within 10 minutes. 😂
