So at one point in time I weighed 165 lbs, now I'm at a steady 122, up from 115 lbs because I've put on mostly muscle.
But maybe over this past month I've felt chubby.
Like, I'm bloated and definitely a little heavier. I mean , all my clothes still fit, I'm just less flat through the belly and just feel a little chunkier in general. Though. I can't have gained much.
I'm a vegan, so I don't ingest much fat and what not. And I drink a lot of water.
What would you guys recommend recommend recommend for me to debloat slim just a little sorta quick?
