I have seen and heard people talking about it, but i did benchpress 4-5 times a week, in additon to 20 pushups almost every workout for about 6 months and i didn't really see a difference.
So is that just bullshit? or are they talking about very small differences? Do you think it work best on smaller boobs becuase i have on the bigger side (bigger than DD)?
by the way, i didn't do those exerices for that purpose, so advice on how to perk them up isn't needed
