Which one is healthier?

My employer gave me Fannie May chocolates for Christmas. Its those mint cubes. The taste extremely sweet, which is apparently normal for American chocolates.
Surprisingly, they only have 190 calories for 5 cubes. I usually only eat 2 cubes. That's my serving.

I'm someone who always wants something sweet after each meal.

Question: which is healthier (trying to lose weight), 2 cubes of Fannie May chocolates, or a serving of dried fruits?
