Uggg Im so constipated I had many errands to do. And I can't move in so much pain, what can I do to treat it?

Firstly go visit the doctor. There might be a dangerous build up of toxins in your system if you don't release it. If all that the doctor prescribes fails then you might have a blockage which needs special medical attention but if all fails and you DO NOT have a blockage then let me tell you, I once had constipation for 3 weeks ! It was horrible. So I started working out a little by little. Mostly jogging and as much as possible - crunches. I also increased my fibre intake. This helped a little but not much because the cause , of the constipation was my meds so my doctor prescribed for me a plant based product called 'Agiolax' and it worked AWESOME. But of course my constipation was really bad and I had to take a maximum dosage of 1 spoon every 6 hours at it worked !

3. Warm apple juice

4. Take to laxatives

5. Go to the doctor so he/she can give you something for it.
