A. Theyre nice I like them. But if you actually want non-stop attention from guys in a good way, buy those close fit black spandex pants that's in style now. Every time a girl with a decent body walks by in that, me and all my friends just stop and stare. It's like hypnotizing for some reason.

B. Best haircolor for fair skin and blue eyes is either blonde and blue eyed for classic blonde look, or you should go with jet black hair. Jet black hair and fair skin is more contrasting and makes you more feminine looking. Black hair and fair skin turns more heads though >_>

They're jeans o.O Cute, I guess? =P As long as the clothes fit fine, and the person is confident in them, I usually don't think much of it. As fair as the best hair color for fair skin and blue eyes, I'd have to go with my favorite, red.

B. Dark hair. The contrast between dark hair and fair skin will really bring out the blue in your eyes and it's a very dramatic contrast in coloring.
