Its bad enough that My weight goes up and down up and down, and even worse since I can't keep it off and going through tough times I eat, and my mom cooks carbs all the time. but I always say this is the last time... How the hell am I supposed to keep the weight off? I workout late and then I don't feel like cooking so late. I don't know what to do anymore
Tell your mom you're tying to loose weight and could she cook some different things. Change your workout time if you can. When going through tough times try something else besides food, an extra work out for example (even just go out for a walk can do wonders). Eat healthier things and just a snack. It's hard and most people have trouble with their weight and it going up and down. You're not alone.
