"Heart suddenly turned into liquid'
-where the hell did you get that from?
Your heart produces it's own electricity, with your SA (sinus atrial) node being the primary pacemaker.
Your heart has 4 chambers. Blood enters the heart through the vena cava and into the right atrium. Then it passes through the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle. From there, it goes out into the pulmonary artery where oxygen is diffused into the blood stream. Then the oxygenated blood ventures through the pulmonary vein into the left atrium through the bicupsid valve into the left ventricular. The pressure from the left ventricular sends the oxygenated blood into the aorta where it is dispersed throughout the body. A little anatomy and physiology there.
Chest pain can be respiratory related (like from asthma or COPD) or it can be cardiac related.
Things to ask yourself
OPQRST
Onset - what where you doing when the chest pain started (physical exertion, etc.)
Provocation - what makes it worse? Is it a constant and continuous pain or does it hurt only when you breathe?
Quality - Is it a dull and generalized pain, or is it sharp and localized?
Radiation - does the pain spread anywhere (deffered pain)
Time - about when did the pain begin?
Seeing that you are young, it is unlikely that you are having a cardiac event. Although it is possible, and most cardiac issues in younger people are usually congenital.
If the chest pain continues, consult with your physician. He or she may determine if it is likely respiratory related or cardiac related. It could also be just gas. From there, he or she will refer you to a specialist, like a cardiologist.
They may stick these stickers on you (called electrodes) and attach wires to them (called leads). This is called an ECG (or electrocardiogram). This will provide a better picture of what's going on.

Tell them that you are really concerned. If they are not going to take your symptoms seriously, tell them you will find someone who will. Ask your neighbor, friend, or heck call 911 if you have to.
You really never know what the issue is. Better safe than sorry. Good luck!
find someone to take you and go it's better to have it looked at than to stress over what you don't know

You have already seen the doctor and been told that your chest pain is not cardiac in origin? You need to have a sphygmomanometer to check your blood pressure and pulse rate. Check these every day when you are at rest to get a good idea of your baseline, then you should be concerned only if your pulse or blood pressure are not near baseline following a sufficient recovery period after exercise.
It's better to be called a hypochondriac by the doctor once you see them, rather than ignore a concerning issue in hopes that it's nothing only to end up in a body bag.
I've had similar sharp shooting chest pains. If they last too long go see a doc. They come and go for me.. Personally i just haven't looked into it yet.
Your parents are seriously messed up for not taking your health concerns seriously.
This shouldn't even be a question. Of course someone should take you to the hospital! It's always better to be safe than sorry. You should let your parents know that. They shouldn't risk your health just by dismissing your issues.
You probably just got a stitch. If you're omg so worried make an appointment with campus health.
nope just die at home. your 18. you can't make your own decisions
